Every counselor and psychotherapist operates on the basic tenets of Clinical Psychology, however, the process they follow will differ.

I rely on my 2 decades of experience as a Psychologist and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapist to help people work through their issues.

Each session is for 45 minutes and the number of sessions varies from case-to-case. Sometimes, even a single session is enough for an individual, couple, group or family to feel better.

The hallmarks of my process are:

No judgment

  • I have been blessed with an impartial bent of mind. My ability to see situations in an objective & empathetic manner has helped my patients heal faster.

Patient-Therapist confidentiality

  • All my sessions are protected by patient-therapist confidentiality. I operate with the highest level of respect towards my patient’s privacy and feelings.

Practical coping techniques

  • My techniques focus on making the individual not only face their emotions and situations but also work towards making their lives better.

Empowering my patients

  • My job as your psychotherapist is to ensure that after a while, my role becomes redundant. I therefore work towards empowering my patients to cope with their life on their own with less and less dependency on therapy.

Online/Tele counseling sessions

  • I use the advantage of technology to ensure that my patients receive sessions from wherever they are. I have thus been able to help individuals from across the world especially during the pandemic when people needed it the most. My patents can therefore schedule a session with me as per their convenience and privacy.

In-person counseling sessions

  • The in-person sessions provide complete privacy and a safe environment to my patients. The environment at my clinic helps them to relax and open up better. You can schedule an individual session here.
